Rad Roller: Myofascial Release for Tight Hips

In this 1hr you flow, we will begin with a series of vinyasa sequences to systematically warm up the body and prepare to move into deeper muscle tissues. The RAD Roller self-massage tool will be used to systematically release and roll out every major muscle group in your body. The process of shearing and releasing will enhance your mobility, range of motion and specifically target the hips to prepare you to enter the peak posture with ease. Whether you are just getting back into your practice or you have been a long time student, this series will physically ease restriction for long-lasting results.
