Drishti Beats is a live music vinyasa flow yoga experience, where as participants are guided through an hour long vinyasa flow yoga sequence by our 2 instructors, the 4 members of our band which include a dj, live vocals, rap/beatbox, and a saxophonist accompany the class with our own production of downtempo chill electronic music. Our goal is to introduce and help participants to experience the symbiotic relationship between yoga and music, heightening the mind to another level of connection and energized bliss.
